He was responsive, kind, and honorable- he kept his word and was as transparent as possible about cost and timeline. When I told him I needed it done by July 31st, he made sure it happened (without any kind of rush job surcharge). But he also didn't cut any corners- everything is solid, exactly as expected, and was the cost quoted to me. All the workers were incredibly respectful, communicative, and efficient- even helping with hookups and landscaping clean-up! Given this was a "light" job, I assume they just always go above and beyond like this. I will definitely use them in the future for any project needs, and I recommend them over any other contractor, electrician, plumber, or excavator in Bedford County.
